| Hello, isn't this section of the board yummy?This is such a lovely collection of short stories and fantasies, ranging from evocative, delicate poetry to deliciously filthy pornography, from two line impressions of a favourite daydream, to epic mini-sagas of complex, multi-character interactions, from the sublime to the utterly ridiculous and everything in between, the Beast Forum Fantasies pages pretty much cater for everyone in our diverse community.So, in an attempt to encourage new contributions, I'd like to collect together advice and encouragement for total beginners at writing in this thread, to lift the lid on what appears to be a daunting and impossible task from the outside, and really try to help members who are uncertain about their own abilities as first-time story posters.I'm going to kick-off with "Gemma's quick guide to writing erotic short stories", and I'd be really grateful if you could add your own gems of advice and encouragement for beginners.I think perhaps we should also start an advanced thread on its own, to try to avoid overloading people with the finer points of storytelling right away from day one.So for this thread......ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS BEGIN HERE! |
